World's first 'three-parent baby' born

In an amazing science feat., researchers and the doctors have succeeded in giving birth to a baby using “three person” fertility technique for the first time ever.

The baby boy has the usual DNA from his mother and father, paired with that of an outsider. The genetic code from the donor has been taken due to the reason that the Jordanian mother had a rare genetic condition which could have easily been transferred to the child. US doctors took this unparalleled step to ensure that the boy was safe of any disease.

Medical experts have revealed that such a technology could help in eradicating the diseases transferred through faulty genes. However, scientists have suggested that proper precautionary measures and medical steps should be taken before such operations.

Researchers have also devised a number of ways to circumvent this problem.
