Standard Chartered celebrates one year of Goal in Pakistan

Standard Chartered celebrated one year of ‘Goal’ in Pakistan, which is its leading education programme that provides financial literacy, life skills and employability training to low-income adolescent girls across its footprint.

The programme was first launched in April 2016, and since then the Bank has reached a total of 2447 beneficiaries through seven schools in Lyari.

The CEO of Standard Chartered talked about ‘Goal in Pakistan’ in detail – which is a global programme. The idea was to bring forward sports and life skill training, and also giving girls the opportunity to come forward and showcase their skills.
