Pakistan improved corruption ranking: Transparency International

According to the most recent draft issued by Transparency International on its 2016 Corruption Perceptions Index, following is a list of the top and bottom-ranked nations plus 10 key economies in the mid-range.

The situation of corruption in Pakistan has been claimed to improve with Somalia on the top slot for corruption out of 176 countries. According to the report, Pakistan’s rank improved by 9 degrees, attaining the 61st position.

The data was gathered from institutions that include; World Bank, African Development Bank and business school IMD to assemble the insights of the scale of public sector corruption.

The score rounds from zero, which is estimated as the most corrupt to 100, which is very clean.
