Non-bailable arrest warrant issued against Sharjeel Memon

An accountability court of Karachi issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for the former information minister of Sindh, Sharjeel Memon; over regular absence in corruption case and ordered to produced him on next trial.

The court heard the case of Sharjeel Memon and others in bribery of more than 5bn.

It is to remain clear that six suspects have taken pre-arrest bail in corruption scam, while 13 blamed were being produced before the court in proceedings but Sharjeel Memon and Anita Baloch did not appear before the court.
