Science says that if you’re a night owl, you’re probably more creative. However, our ancestors say that getting to bed early and waking up early is the sign of intelligent people. But in this modern time the night owls are considered more intelligent.
Only a smart person can deal with the snooze button because it is a very recent invention and evolution itself has done nothing to prepare us for. It also shows that if we listen to our body’s need more we are more likely to follow our own passion and find solutions to problems.
But that does not mean that you spend half of your time in bed. There are still risk factors associated with staying in bed too long. People who spend 12 or more hours in bed have been shown to have a higher risk of untimely death.
