Azhar Ali declared FIT to lead fourth ODI against Australia

Pakistani batsman and captain Azhar Ali faced an injury, but has now been declared fit to lead the team in the fourth ODI in Sydney against Australia.

Azhar Ali during the first ODI in Brisbane suffered from a hamstring injury. This is why he had to skip second and third ODI at MCG.

Owing to his injury and the rest required, Mohammad Hafeez was selected as a substitute captain. The captain scored highest runs in the second match, assuring a record-breaking victory against Australia after 12 years. In the third ODI, he was also a captain but the team was unable to sustain the victory.

For now, Australia is leading the five match ODI series with 2-1.

Azhar Ali is now all set to resume his role as the ODI captain against Australia in fourth and fifth ODI.
